在無錫出差後，我短暫停留在上海，因為離我朋友家近，所以我預訂了這家酒店。令我驚喜的是，當我到達酒店時，前台經理免費為我升級到帶客廳的豪華房。我對這份貼心的安排非常滿意。入住期間，行李員、經理和客房服務人員都對我非常熱情周到。這種服務在那些提供冷冰冰服務的連鎖新品牌飯店裡是絕對找不到的。房間設備非常先進，功能齊全。請瀏覽我的照片，看看您是否都瞭解。雖然飯店並非全新開業，但服務和設備都很人性化。您可以感受到，工作人員不僅僅是接單解決問題，而是在認真考慮您的需求和作出親切的回應。謝謝 After a working 訂房網站 in Wuxi, I had a short stay in Shanghahi, booked this hotel because it is near to my friends' homes. To my surprise, when i arrived at the hotel, the front desk manager offered me a free upgrade to a deluxe room with living room. I am pleased with this sweet arrangement. Through the days of my stay, the bell boy staff, manager and house keeping staff treated me in a more than 100% manner and attitude. This is something you could never find in the chain new brand hotel which provides you with cold service. The room equipment is very sophisticated and perfectly good function. Please browse my photos and see whether you know them all. Although it is not a brand new hotel, the service and the equipment are much more humane and users friendly. You could feel the staff are considering your requirements more than merely receiving an order and solve it. Thank you.

最開始住的時候叫威斯汀，到後來的喜來登，再變成虹橋錦江，然後停業幾個月，再然後成了雅高（連地圖上找都費勁）。大堂在裝修，部分樓層客房在裝修，早上九點準時打鑽開工，幸虧要早起趕飛機。客房滿滿的歲月痕跡，好意升級，卻給了個聯通房。誰能告訴我枱燈下的喇叭幹啥用的？花灑不能固定方向。早餐105一位，簡陋得令人無語。近700的價格著實令人無語，期待鳳凰涅槃之時吧，期待真能達到五星標準。

曾經這裡叫“錦江”，每年8月來上海蔘加活動時都選擇住在這裡，工作人員對我們很友好，所以選擇住這裡已經成為固定操作了。“翰悅閣”也好“錦江”也好，喜歡住這裡的套房，喜歡復古的裝修風格，服務態度也好，各方面都很滿意。真是美好的回憶（´▽｀）

上海錦江大酒店建築風格豪華，地理位置優越。前台服務到位，客房乾淨、整潔、衞生，酒店的游泳池不大（5*10米），但還能遊，健身房器械多。從訂房網站拍了979 元不含早兩晚的套餐，價格合理，值得信賴，推薦入住。

去年和女兒一起住過，覺得環境舒適丶乾淨、服務好，所以今年再來上海第一時間就選擇了上海虹橋錦江大酒店。還沒下車已經有工作人員過來幫忙開車門、搬行李指引辦入住手續，前台美女熱情服務很快就辦理好入住。一打開房間就看到窗明椅凈，床上用品整潔，大窗台視野好，我女兒第一時間就坐在飄窗那看風景。一天一夜的住宿感覺非常滿意！下次來上海還是會首選這裡。

Beds were super comfortable ideal for a family of 4. Furniture was royal interior look with rugs and lamps. TV selection not many options. Mainly, politic, documentaries channels only one cartoon channel for kids. Limited English speaking staff, used phones for translating. Breakfast had a variety of dishes. I wouldn’t recommend their evening buffet. 198 rmb per adult, 84rmb per child they charge 10% service charge with an extra 6% tax and fee for bonus. Free half lobster per adult if you want it or not. Their steak was very dry and Sushi selection only octopus and salmon. Not many people in the buffet I can see why.

Comfortable 2 twin beds joined together and can easily fit a family of 4. Comfortable armchair. The room can be connected to the other room next door. Limited English staff, have ur phones out for translation. Breakfast was a variety of dishes but avoid their evening buffet. Steak was very dry, arrogant chefs and charge you extra services and couldn’t see the value. Prices for drinks are very high charging 75rmb (about $10) a 300ml can. I recommend get a carry out from across the road. 10rmb for a can of alcohol drinks

每次回上海必住的酒店，多少年了還保持很高水準，現在有多了高性價比，前台劉婷婷服務熱情，業務熟練，還幫助升級到套房。每天免費自助早餐還是那麼豐盛，運動游泳健身環境很好，酒店周邊商業、交通都很發達，出行也很方便。

位置挺好的，服務員也不錯，就是禮賓部有點厲害，電話跟她説淋雨水龍頭關不了，她笑了，説你怎麼開的怎麼關呀，服務員來了耐心等待工程部來維修挺好的。連通房辦理入住的時候應該要告知才對。

住過的最糟的五星酒店。設施環境老破先且不論，不能通風。最令人生氣的是前台的服務，完全沒有服務意識，辦入住時完全無視客人的存在，問話也不響應，排了10分鐘的隊，其實就倆人給倆人辦入住，不知道為何如此沒效率？！後面來人加塞也不按順序辦理。前台是酒店的臉，酒店是上海的臉，這家酒店真是給上海丟臉。如此服務明顯暴露出了管理漏洞，果然步步是坑，連停車場出車時都沒人在崗，下車找時，旁邊睡覺的人才進門崗中給擡了桿。從進店到出店，差勁之極的體驗！
